Payments
We accept payment
through:
- direct bank
deposit
- money order/bank
cheque.
- We are currently
in the process of setting up Paypal, this will also enable us
to take payment through credit card.
Please note that
after you have made an order and been through the check-out, there
will not be any prompts asking you for payment.
If you are paying
by direct deposit, please email us a cut and pasted copy of the
receipt, this will speed your order up. Banks sometimes have
delays showing this information.
Scrap, Scrap,
Scrap! will contact you through e-mail to ask you for your
preferred method of payment and make arrangements with
you.
Your order will be
processed, packaged and posted within 2 days after receiving
cleared payment. Please note that bank transfers can take up
to 3 business days to clear.
Please ensure that
your funds are clear within seven (7) work days of placing the
order or your order will be cancelled and your products ordered
will be returned to the store so other customers may order these
products.
Postage
Charges
We use Australia
Post to send all orders.
For all orders
under $50, a flat rate of $5.00 applies for regular postage and
$8.00 for express postage.
All orders over $50 will be granted free
regular postage and a reduced rate of $4.00 for express
postage.
In order to receive the FREE POSTAGE rates your order total must be
over $50 after all discounts are
applied
Smaller packages
will be charged at less than the flat rate for postage, please
enquire if you believe your order is small (size wise) and we will
negotiate postage costs with you.
Delivery times may
vary depending on where you live (please allow 7-10 business days
for delivery). Scrap Scrap Scrap! will not be held responsible for
packages that are lost or stolen if they are not Registered or
Insured. Every care is taken to ensure your order is packaged
to avoid damage, however “Scrap Scrap Scrap!” will not be held
responsible for packages that are damaged in transit if they are
not Registered or Insured. If you wish to insure your order,
this is also available and can be arranged, cost will depend on the
value of your order.
If you wish to
register your order, we are happy to do this for an additional cost
of $2.50
Packaging
At Scrap, Scrap,
Scrap! we will re-use and recycle any postal packaging that is
still in good order. This keeps our costs to you down, and
has less of an impact on our environment.
Out of Stock/ Backorders
At Scrap, Scrap,
Scrap we make all attempts to keep the information on the website
as current as possible in regard to stocked items. In the event
that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order,
we will remove the item from your order and we will notify you. If
we re-stock the item, you will need to re-order the item, as we do
not keep back orders on file.
Returns and
Guarantee
Please notify us of
any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We
will either replace the items or issue a refund if advised within
the claim period above. You are responsible for shipping costs of
all returns.
Pricing
All prices are in
Australian Dollars. These amounts include G.S.T. but do not
include postage ( see information on Postage) Prices are
subject to change.
